Dermaniche will monitor return activity by customers to ensure there is no excessive or potentially fraudulent activity in terms of returns from that customer. If we detect any unusual return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Dermaniche will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Dermaniche’s discretion.

Dermaniche merchandise credit can only be used at Dermaniche.com stores and is not valid for use in stores. Dermaniche merchandise credit has no expiration date and cannot be redeemed for cash (other than as provided by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold; and if lost or stolen we are not able to replace it for you.
New or gently used items returned without a receipt but found within our system will be processed according to the applicable Dermaniche refund and exchange policy. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.
